We buy from a variety of wholesale sources to ensure that we provide the best quality stones and silver. We enjoy trying new sources to discover new and interesting findings and stones. Where do you get your milagros? We buy our milagros from our importer friend Robert Bitto. He imports direct from Mexico. We purchase large lots of milagros, sometimes with special requests from our frequently used milagros. We also enjoy getting large mixed lots of milagros where we are almost always surprised by a new milagro find that will inspire a new piece of jewelry. How long will my package take to arrive? We ship priority mail the day after we receive your order. Priority mail generally takes 2-3 days depending on where you live. Custom orders can take longer, please email us to get a more accurate estimate on time info@milagrojewelry.com. Also refer to our shipping and payment policy page for more info. Do you gift-wrap? Yes, we can provide gift wrapping at an extra charge (please refer to our shipping and payment policy page.) The cost for gift boxes is $3.00. The boxes are a rustic natural with our signature burgundy ribbon. Milagro Jewelry is printed on the top of the box. I love your jewelry but the necklace and bracelet lengths listed are too small / too large, can these be changed? We are more than happy to accommodate any changes customers have in length of pieces. We understand jewelry is very personal and should fit you however you are most comfortable. Please email us at orders@milagrojewelry.com, and let us know what you would like. We will then assess the availability of stones etc. to give you a price quote and delivery time estimate. How should I care for my jewelry once I receive it? Although our jewelry is very high quality, all beaded jewelry must be given care. Do not wear your jewelry while sleeping, bathing, or doing other water activities. Apply perfume and hairspray before putting on your pieces. If your pieces get caught on something, do not pull on them until they are free; carefully and gently remove the piece from whatever it is caught on. Gently swirling in a bowl of soapy water and then rinsing can clean beads. Where can I see your pieces? Please check our locations page for a listing of galleries we are currently showing. Also check our events page for any special showings we may have upcoming. You may also request to have a trunk show. We come to you and set up a private sale in your home or with a group you attend. Please email us at info@milagrojewelry.com and let us know what you need. Don’t know what you need, email or call 720-840-1170 and we will set up a time to help you create a piece that is just right for you or for a special event. You can even send us a picture of the ensemble you need jewelry to coordinate with, and we will help you pick all of the perfect materials. I love one of your pieces but wish it had a different milagro on it, can you change them? Yes, we can change milagros. Although we create each piece to represent the milagro is carries we understand that everyone has personal preferences. Just send us an email and we will do our best to help you choose a milagro that will connect with you. I want earrings to match one of your necklaces but don’t see them listed. How can I get a pair? We can create earrings to coordinate with any of our pieces. Send us an email and we will create the perfect pair for you. Do I need a paypal account to pay for my purchase? No, just use your credit card. Paypal is the service we use to process credit card payments and no longer requires a Paypal account for purchases. |
