Shipping and Payment Policies
Payment
We accept Visa. Mastercard, Discover and American Express through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay us with a credit card. It is simply the best method for us to process credit cards. When you pay you will be taken to the Paypal site, just follow the instructions on the screen and your order will be taken and sent to us. You may also pay with a check or money order. Make all checks payable to FH Design Source and mail to 1617 Coalton Road #115, Superior, CO 80027. Money order payments will be shipped within 2 days of being received. Checks must wait 10-14 days after being received to clear at the bank before we will ship your items.
Shipping
We ship all of our packages USPS Priority mail. You will be given a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package until it arrives. Priority mail will take 2-3 days to arrive. Cost for shipping is a standard $4.85 per order. There is no additional charge for multiple items. There is an additional shipping charge for multiple address shipments.
Gift Boxes
You can choose to have your pieces delivered in a gift box. The cost for gift boxes is $3.00. The boxes are a rustic natural with our signature burgundy ribbon. Milagro Jewlery is printed on the top of the box.
Returns
All of our pieces are artistic creations and due to the natural variations of coloring and shape in stones and milagros, pieces are unique and may be slightly different than those pictured. That being said we will only accept returns due to defects in the workmanship.
Repairs
Sometimes when you love a piece of jewelry as much as you will love ours, it can break. Jewelry tends to get caught and if pulled too strongly can break. We offer a one time repair for free. You ship the item back to us and we would be glad to repair it for you. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the return. If you lose stones or milagros and need those replaced, please contact us for an estimate on the cost of replacing them. We know your pieces are important to you and will do our best to restore them to their original beauty.
