• We package each piece of jewelry in plastic jewelers’ ziploc bags. Each piece comes with its coordinating "story card".
• We do not want you to change the names of any of our pieces. Our jewelry needs to be represented as Milagro Jewelry and not in any other way. We recommend that you use a disclaimer: All pieces are handmade. Due to the natural variations of coloring and shape in stones, and the rustic nature of Milagros, pieces are all unique and may be different than those pictured.
• We can also send some supporting information for our work, including: an article on Milagros, a brief page "What are Milagros?", our logo, and How to care for our jewelry text.
• Craftsman ship is guaranteed for one year. Returns for all other reasons must be made within two weeks of receipt.
